<p>As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will manage, design, and develop our large-scale cloud infrastructure where low latency and reliability are both critical, forming the foundation of Alpaca and empower millions of users who are trading billions of dollars worth of assets.</p>
<p>The team is responsible for maintaining the cloud infrastructure and supporting infrastructure layer applications such as databases, message brokers, observability tools, etc. while working closely with software engineering teams.</p>
<p>For this role, we are seeking an experienced devops engineer who can perform well in a distributed working environment. In this role, you will have the autonomy to design and implement solutions to achieve defined goals while actively participating in defining those goals in cooperation with the team.</p>

Our world-class Product and Engineering teams delivered almost 1,000 new features last year. <p>In this role, you will play a key part in helping Tiger Research grow our brand and audience by producing key video contents. You will transform complex Web3 topics into compelling, easy-to-understand videos that amplify our brand’s voice in the Web3 space and help make the ecosystem more approachable and valuable.</p>
<p>You’ll collaborate with our research and marketing teams to shape creative direction, leveraging your video production and storytelling skills to produce content that informs, entertains, and converts. Your work will reach thousands of users globally and contribute to expanding the Web3 ecosystem worldwide.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Job Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li>Produce 4 to 8 branded short-form videos per month that deliver value and have viral appeal on X, Telegram, and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Plan and script creative video content based on research insights, Web3 trends, and meme culture</li>
<li>Own the entire video production process—from ideation to editing to social launch—using various AI tools</li>
<li>Proactively communicate with the research and marketing teams to ensure high-quality branded video output</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in video production or equivalent creative capabilities</li>
<li>Extremely familiar with AI tools for video creation such as Hedra, Kling AI, and video editing tools like Adobe Premier Pro</li>
<li>Strong sense for content trends and meme culture, with a passion for storytelling</li>
<li>Ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging video concepts</li>
<li>Fluency in English</li>
<li>Experience or a strong interest in the Web 3 industry</li>
<li>Self-motivated, proactive communicator with strong execution skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Working Hours</strong></h3>
<p>This full-time position requires a commitment of 5 days of work per week (Approximately 40 working hours per week).</p>
