Information Technology Support Engineer

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As our Remote IT Engineer, you’ll contribute to keeping our remote team’s technology running smoothly, enabling our growing workforce to focus on delivering exceptional Health Tech solutions. You’ll leverage Microsoft 365 to maintain secure and efficient systems, partnering with our IT Operations Lead to support innovative projects that advance healthcare technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable smooth onboarding by supporting IT system setups for new team members.
- Strengthen security to protect company resources and meet rigorous compliance standards.
- Optimize M365 tools through expert configuration and swift troubleshooting.
- Partner with team leads to deliver IT solutions that fuel project success.
- Enhance processes with insightful feedback and clear documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, mastering tools for endpoint management and security.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot IT challenges on macOS and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards, ideally HIPAA or SOC II.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline IT operations.
- Sharp problem-solving skills tailored for remote IT environments.
- Exceptional communication to collaborate effectively with diverse remote teams.
