Technical Solution Engineer
CDNetworks is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to join its remote team in Vietnam. Operating under a full-time contract, this role will center on deploying and optimizing CDNetworks’ services for customers, providing technical consultancy, and ensuring high-performance integration with client systems. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to support proof of concepts (POCs), troubleshoot issues, and contribute to technical tender documentation. CDNetworks, a Tokyo-headquartered network leader with over 2,800 global PoPs, offers cutting-edge edge computing and cloud security solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in system integration consulting, CDN, or cloud security. Technical expertise in CDN platforms like Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Akamai, as well as strong scripting skills using Python or Bash, is required. A solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, reverse proxy, and media streaming is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and collaboration will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, consult, tuning, and deploy CDNetworks Services for customer
- Collaborate with software development and operations teams of customer to ensure seamless integration and operation
- Support customer during POC and signing contract
- Present and support customer using CDNetworks services in advanced
- Build tender and documents for compliance
- Troubleshoot customer issues and cooperate with the backend team to build a solution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting system integration, CDN, Cloud Security
- Proficiency in CDN platforms such as Cloudflare, AWS Cloudfront, Akamai, etc.
- Strong knowledge of CDN (media streaming), cybersecurity
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- In-depth understanding of Internet systems, networking, DNS, HTTP, and reverse proxy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
