Business Development Representative
Vị trí này làm việc từ xa tại TP.HCM cho công ty THCD Limited, tập trung vào phát triển kinh doanh trong mảng CFD & FX. Nhân viên chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm đối tác mới, hỗ trợ đối tác hiện tại, nghiên cứu xu hướng thị trường, phân tích đối thủ và đảm bảo doanh số. Chế độ hấp dẫn gồm lương cứng, thưởng theo hiệu quả, bảo hiểm sức khỏe, 20 ngày phép/năm, 30 ngày nghỉ ốm, phụ cấp du lịch, sinh nhật, khóa học được tài trợ và làm việc linh hoạt theo giờ Việt Nam.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu: bằng cử nhân Tài chính/Kinh doanh/Kinh tế, kinh nghiệm bán hàng trong lĩnh vực FX/tài chính hoặc kỹ năng sales tốt. Ưu tiên hiểu biết về thị trường FX, tiếng Anh giao tiếp trung cấp, từng làm việc trong các lĩnh vực FX, chứng khoán hoặc crypto. Thích hợp cho ứng viên năng động, mong muốn tạo dựng nhiều mối quan hệ trong ngành tài chính.

Introduction: As a member of the Business Development team, this role plays a key part in driving strategies to attract and retain partners. Main responsibilities include identifying potential customer segments, providing personalized support to each partner, researching market movements, and helping partners better understand the platform's mechanisms and products.
Job Description
- Identify and establish relationships with potential new partners while also driving business growth with existing partners to maintain profitability and increase revenue in the CFD & FX market.
- Conduct market research and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and support the company in developing effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.
- Proactively provide ongoing support and assistance to partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, with proven sales experience in the FX or financial services industry or related fields are welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial industries (FX, securities, crypto, banking).
- Strong understanding of the FX market and related products, enabling effective client engagement.
- Candidates without FX experience must have a strong sales background and relevant skills.
- Intermediate English communication.
