Vị trí thực tập phát triển kinh doanh tại Lista DAO làm việc remote khắp khu vực APAC, tập trung xây dựng quan hệ đối tác mới, quản lý đối tác hiện hữu, theo dõi xu hướng ngành và hỗ trợ phối hợp chiến lược nội bộ. Bạn sẽ tham gia vào hệ sinh thái DeFi trên Binance Smart Chain, có cơ hội trải nghiệm môi trường chuyên nghiệp ngành tài chính hiện đại.

Yêu cầu tiếng Anh thành thạo (biết thêm tiếng Trung càng tốt), kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh hoặc hợp tác, kiến thức cơ bản về crypto, kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp các ngành liên quan đến kinh doanh, tài chính.

Job Description:

Develop new partnerships to drive growth.
Manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other key entities within the ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ecosystem strategies with overall business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the ecosystem to drive innovation and value creation.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (if also in Chinese, even better).
Have relevant experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role in the crypto or financial industry.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystem and key players.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Prefer candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
