BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATOR
Vị trí này tại AVT Consulting and Technology làm việc từ xa tại Khu vực Thủ đô Hà Nội, dạng cộng tác viên. Ứng viên sẽ tìm kiếm, phát triển khách hàng toàn cầu trong lĩnh vực phần mềm, giải pháp CNTT, xây dựng quan hệ với khách hàng, chuẩn bị báo giá, phối hợp cùng nhóm dự án và hỗ trợ các vấn đề liên quan đến sản phẩm. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, thích hợp cho sinh viên năm 3 hoặc 4 đang học tại trường đại học danh tiếng.
Ứng viên cần có khả năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục tốt, thành thạo tiếng Anh, biết cơ bản về marketing số và phân tích nhu cầu khách hàng. Ứng viên có kiến thức về CNTT, từng bán giải pháp số B2B hoặc quản trị rủi ro sẽ là lợi thế.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Seeking and prospecting new customers, developing new business opportunities with global clients (software, IT solutions).
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with potential customers, nurturing the company's existing customer base.
- Preparing and sending quotations, telesales, listening to customer needs, preparing and monitoring contracts.
- Participating in events, seminars related to product promotion and business.
- Regular reporting and other ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor only.
- Directly working with customers, advising on the company's products.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and project teams, assisting in resolving project-related issues, and post-delivery issues.
- Providing evaluations, proposing new product development ideas, and product improvement solutions.
- Market research, collecting customer surveys on products and analyzing customer needs with products.
- Proposing product improvement solutions.
- Collaborating with the development team to create project-related documents.
Basic Qualifications
- Junior or senior students studying at prestigious universities (Priority is given to FTU students).
- Able to analyze customer needs.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing.
- Able to work well in teams as well as independently.
- Proactive, positive thinking, and a high sense of responsibility towards work.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of information technology.
- Experience in B2B sales of digital solutions.
- Good risk management skills.
