Vị trí chuyên viên kinh doanh tại Manpower Vietnam, làm việc remote tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Công việc tập trung xây dựng chiến lược bán hàng, tìm kiếm & tư vấn giải pháp AI Hospitality cho nhóm khách hàng trong ngành khách sạn, quản lý & phát triển pipeline khách hàng qua hệ thống CRM. Thu nhập hấp dẫn, lương tháng 13, phụ cấp điện thoại/bữa ăn, thưởng KPI, nghỉ phép và đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT.

Ứng viên cần có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B (ưu tiên IT/SaaS/AI), kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh & Việt xuất sắc, kinh nghiệm dùng CRM, tư duy chủ động, hướng kết quả, đam mê công nghệ. Am hiểu ngành khách sạn là lợi thế. Làm việc từ xa giờ hành chính, môi trường năng động, hỗ trợ phát triển nghề nghiệp.

Sales Specialist at Manpower Vietnam

Location: Vietnam (Remote)

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our AI Hospitality product. Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality industry, focusing on hotels and related businesses. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our AI solutions. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems to track leads and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our AI solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or AI solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Russian is an advantage).
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems to manage sales processes (such as AmoCRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
