Vị trí quản lý bán hàng ngành FMCG tại RecruitGo làm việc từ xa, toàn thời gian, tập trung phát triển thị trường Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh, quản lý hoạt động bán hàng, phát triển mối quan hệ và đánh giá hiệu suất nhằm tăng trưởng doanh số. Thiết bị làm việc được cung cấp, làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, trong môi trường đa dạng và hỗ trợ cao.

Yêu cầu ứng viên thành thạo tiếng Anh, tiếng Việt, có kinh nghiệm đưa sản phẩm vào chuỗi bán lẻ hiện đại và kiến thức sâu về thị trường Việt Nam. Kỹ năng bán hàng nhanh nhạy, có lợi thế kinh nghiệm các sản phẩm thực phẩm-đồ uống. Được làm việc trong môi trường đa dạng, linh hoạt, đề cao sự đóng góp và phát huy tối đa năng lực bản thân.

Position Overview

RecruitGo is dynamic FMCG Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Vietnam market. This role will focus on developing strategies, managing sales operations, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in both Modern Trade Chains and Traditional Trade Markets within the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business strategies to increase revenue in Vietnam.
  • Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical sales reporting, forecasting, performance evaluation, and budgeting.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide insights on Modern Trade and Traditional Trade opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of product introduction and placement in Modern Trade Chains.
  • In-depth geographical knowledge of Vietnam.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in food & beverage products is an advantage.
