Vị trí này tại Risen Energy với hình thức toàn thời gian, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng chiến lược bán hàng, thực hiện mục tiêu doanh số khu vực nước ngoài, quản lý quy trình bán hàng và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng lớn. Bên cạnh đó, còn phải thu thập thông tin thị trường và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ do cấp trên giao.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng quốc tế trong lĩnh vực năng lượng, PV hoặc lưu trữ năng lượng. Thành thạo giao tiếp đa văn hóa, am hiểu quy trình thương mại nước ngoài, có khả năng lập kế hoạch chiến lược quốc tế và quản lý đội nhóm. Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng thích ứng làm việc đa múi giờ và kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc.

Description

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop overseas regional sales strategies and annual/quarterly target breakdown plans.
  • Supervise implementation, adjust deviations, and ensure target achievement.
  • Meet overseas sales performance metrics (sales volume, collection rate, etc.)
  • Analyze target markets, establish and update customer files, and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Control the entire overseas sales process, solve business problems, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Collect overseas market information, form reports, and support strategic decisions.
  • Complete overseas-specific tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of overseas sales experience in new energy (photovoltaic/energy storage preferred).
  • Capable of independently developing new markets and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in photovoltaic/energy storage product knowledge and technology.
  • Understanding of industry trends, overseas trade processes, and regulations.
  • International market planning, team management, and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong execution skills, ability to adapt to cross-time zone work, and excellent communication skills.
