Ứng viên đảm nhận tư vấn và chốt đơn cho các khách hàng tiềm năng về khoá học trực tuyến chất lượng cao, không cần tìm kiếm khách hàng mới. Quyền lợi hấp dẫn gồm lương căn bản cạnh tranh, hoa hồng không giới hạn, thưởng, gói sức khoẻ, nghỉ phép và được truy cập miễn phí các khoá học của ELVTR.
Yêu cầu: tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan, tiếng Anh chuyên nghiệp, quen thuộc nền tảng CRM và hệ thống bán hàng số, linh hoạt trong môi trường tốc độ cao, có thành tích tốt ở công việc bán hàng mang lại chỉ tiêu.

Since our establishment in 2020, we have grown from a small team to 140 talented members, delivering education to over 17,000 students worldwide. We are currently expanding our team in South Africa to support our growing presence and impact.
Position Overview:
ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented Sales Representative to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. You won’t need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who’ve already scheduled their calls. If you're passionate about high-ticket sales and want to earn what you're worth, this role is for you.
This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Vietnam.The selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:
- Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
- Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals.
- Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks.
- Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM.
- Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent, professional English communication skills.
- Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly
- Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
- A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
