JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for free-gifting campaign execution, targeting KOCs from the US, Europe, and Southeast Asian countries.

• KOC Booking Operations

  • Operate free-gifting campaigns, primarily targeting creators in the U.S. and Europe
  • Create and revise content guidelines, and identify effective hooking points
  • KPI : 150+ nano and micro KOCs per month

  Marketing Research Support

  • Research competitors by collecting data from platforms such as YesStyle and Olive Young Global
  • Support TikTok marketing market research, including search volume, hashtags, content trends, and bestseller rankings
  • Assist with various additional research tasks based on ongoing campaign needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No professional work experience needed
• Having confidence to achieve KPIs through effective influencer seeding execution
• Strong interest in beauty-related TikTok content and trends
• Comfortable communicating with Korean team members using AI translation tools
• Language proficiency to communicate with the Korean team and influencers in English or Korean
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Prior experience executing KOL/KOC booking
• Familiarity with AXIS-Y, or firsthand experience purchasing or using the brand’s products
• Experience purchasing and using Korean beauty brands
• Spanish major or possession of relevant Spanish language proficiency certifications

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

  • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

  • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 11 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
