This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, increasing call volume, and supporting daily operations.
- Handle inbound calls with compassion and professionalism
- Support families and clients seeking home care services
- Manage dispatching and technician/caregiver routing to maximize utilization
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, unsold estimates, and re-engagement lists
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team
- Assist with social media content, remarketing, and promotional specials
- Help strengthen brand awareness and trust within the community
- ServiceTitan expertise (REQUIRED):
- Maintain and update the price book
- Adjust pricing guides
- Support overall system setup and workflow improvements
Contribute to HR, policy-making, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures
- ServiceTitan experience is mandatory
- Advanced English (C1) English-only environment
- Customer service experience with high call volume
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
