Vị trí Marketing Executive tại Rice Content & Media Co. Ltd. phù hợp cho ứng viên có từ 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing hoặc truyền thông. Công việc full-time, làm từ xa, tập trung chính vào việc lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch marketing tích hợp, phối hợp với nhiều bộ phận sản xuất nội dung. Ứng viên sẽ đảm nhận vai trò quản lý chiến dịch, hợp tác với KOL/KOC, đánh giá hiệu quả marketing và hỗ trợ phát triển thương hiệu với nhiều dự án đa dạng.

Yêu cầu chính bao gồm kỹ năng quản lý dự án, hiểu biết về chiến lược marketing, xây dựng nội dung, cùng khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp xuất sắc. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại agency và thành thạo các nền tảng số, có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu. Môi trường làm việc trẻ trung, năng động, tạo điều kiện phát triển nghề nghiệp và đóng góp ý tưởng sáng tạo.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content strategy. Someone who’s passionate about creativity, storytelling, and building brands with meaning. You’ll work closely with our strategy and content production teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands marketing fundamentals but can also turn insights into ideas, manage campaign workflows, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content, media, and partnership activities.
  • Translate brand strategy and audience insights into actionable content plans and communication ideas.
  • Coordinate with the content, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Manage KOL/KOC partnerships — from sourcing and briefing to execution and performance evaluation.
  • Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights.
  • Support brand and business development initiatives, including event activation and collaboration projects.
  • Proactively contribute creative and strategic input to elevate the brand’s marketing direction.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (agency experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, content planning, and media coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital analytics, and influencer marketing workflows.
  • A growth mindset — curious, adaptable, and driven to make an impact in a creative environment.
