Vị trí toàn thời gian remote tại CONTEC MEDICAL SYSTEMS USA, làm việc từ Việt Nam, tập trung vào tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, phát triển mối quan hệ kinh doanh bền vững, thúc đẩy doanh thu và tư vấn các giải pháp thiết bị y tế chất lượng cao. Ứng viên sẽ đàm phán hợp đồng, chuẩn bị đề xuất, theo dõi thị trường, tham dự các sự kiện chuyên ngành và được hỗ trợ bởi các hệ thống CRM hiện đại.
Công việc phù hợp với ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng, kỹ năng thương lượng, khả năng độc lập và thành thạo phần mềm CRM. Kiến thức về lĩnh vực thiết bị y tế là lợi thế lớn. Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Salesperson at CONTEC MEDICAL SYSTEMS USA INC. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing and sustaining strong relationships, implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, and educating clients on the company's product portfolio. You will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. Additionally, the Salesperson will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and represent the company in various events and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve targets and maintain client satisfaction
- Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning for sales development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement
- Basic knowledge of medical devices, healthcare industry standards, and certifications is an advantage
- Proficient in using sales software, CRM tools, and other related technologies
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in the medical device industry is a plus
