J-Repertory tuyển dụng vị trí Designer đa phương tiện làm việc từ xa, ký hợp đồng dịch vụ với mức lương gross 9-11 triệu VND/tháng. Ứng viên sẽ tham gia các dự án thiết kế cho khách hàng, sáng tạo hình ảnh cho mạng xã hội, làm infographic, mockup và chuyển brief từ PM Hàn Quốc thành sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh theo phong cách đơn vị. Làm việc 100% online, từ thứ 2-6, 9h-18h (GMT+7), chuyển khoản lương trực tiếp qua tài khoản ngân hàng Việt Nam, trừ thuế 10%.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc: quốc tịch Việt Nam, có CCCD, mã số thuế, tài khoản ngân hàng. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, chỉ cần thành thạo thiết kế nhiều định dạng, biết sử dụng AI tạo nội dung tiếng Hàn, khả năng tự tổ chức công việc. Điểm cộng nếu biết tiếng Hàn giao tiếp, quen môi trường agency hoặc đa nhiệm. Được hướng dẫn bài test mô phỏng thực tế trước khi phỏng vấn trực tiếp.

J-Repertory is a digital media PR agency helping brands and government clients tell their stories through social media, YouTube, and other online platforms. Founded in 2015, we're a fast-growing, youth-driven team of over 100 creatives (average age: 27) aiming to lead the next wave of digital advertising.

We're now hiring a Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. If you’re confident in your visual storytelling, regardless of experience, we’d love to see your work!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in various types of client design projects at J Repertory.

Design visuals for social media posts and website banners
Create infographic-style images for news articles
Make image mockups for project proposals
Produce content aligned with our design portfolio style
Turn briefs from Korean PMs into polished final designs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

No professional work experience required
Proficient in designing various formats such as social media posts, posters, and infographics
Able to create Korean-language design content using AI tools
Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

Experience in multitasking across multiple projects at the same time
Familiarity with the fast-paced and intensive work environment of an agency
Interest in and understanding of Korean culture
Business-level Korean speaking skills
Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
- Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

Work Days & Hours:
- Follow the client's working time
- Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
- You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
Payment
- Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 11 M VND / month
  - In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
- Payment details
  - 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
  - Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
  - Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy
Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
