JOB DESCRIPTION

This role focuses on refining AI-generated images into high-quality visuals suitable for real commercial use. By combining cutting-edge AI technology with meticulous retouching skills, you will deliver flawless visuals with near-perfect realism.

NOTE: Due to the nature of work utilizing AI tools, repetitive tasks are essential. Only those confident in this type of work environment should apply.

• AI-Generated Images Retouch (using Photoshop, etc)
  • Fix distortions in product surface designs, logos, text, artwork, and other elements that must exactly match the real product
  • Handle detailed manual retouching for areas where manual work is more effective than AI-based edits
• Final Output Review & Overall Quality Control
  • Refine AI-generated outputs to achieve flawless alignment with real products
  • Deliver high-quality final images that fully align with brand guidelines
• KPI : Retouch up to 200 images per week, with a maximum of 40 images per day based on a 5-business-day workweek.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1+ year of experience in commercial design, photo retouching, graphic design, or related field.
• Ability to communicate in English via text/chat to discuss work with the internal team (Using AI tools to support is allowed)
  • Work meeting will be conducted once a week
• Proficiency in using image retouching tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, to refine sharpness, color, and texture to a realistic level
• Strong interest in learning and applying new technologies, including emerging AI trends and retouching techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality image compositions and flawless visual accuracy across varying conditions
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Proficiency in the Korean language is a PLUS (No speaking required)
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and workflows, with the ability to quickly identify and correct AI-specific issues such as blurring or structural inaccuracies
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing advanced retouching and compositing work
• Ability to design and optimize efficient workflows that strategically combine AI and manual techniques to improve production speed and quality beyond basic edits
• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams
  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email
  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)
    • Working hours - You can choose ONE of the following options :
      • 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)
      • Flexible working hours ONLY if you can deliver this KPI & you can respond to the client message promptly.
    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)
  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
