Data Analyst (Remote - Australian Team)
Join a dynamic remote team as a Marketing Analyst, responsible for delivering actionable marketing insights to elevate performance and ROI across digital channels. In this full-time role, you’ll collect and analyze data from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, build and automate dashboards, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and content teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Candidates must be skilled in Looker Studio, SQL, Supermetrics (or similar ETL tools), GA4, and Excel/Google Sheets. A strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and 1–2 years’ experience in a similar analytics role are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics is preferred.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
Collect, transform, and analyze marketing data from multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, audience trends, and attribution performance.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to interpret results and guide creative strategy.
Prepare regular performance reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing performance tracking systems.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills
Looker Studio: Building, automating, and optimizing dashboards and reports.
SQL: Writing queries to extract, join, and manipulate large datasets.
Super metrics / similar ETL tools: Automating data pipelines and integrating marketing data sources.
Social media analytics: Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and others
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data cleaning & modeling
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain data-driven insights clearly.
