Business Development Manager
KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to support the Southeast Asia expansion of a major FMCG brand in the household and personal care sector. This is a remote role based in Vietnam, with cross-border exposure in Thailand and Indonesia. As part of a dynamic and growth-driven team, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, building strategic partnerships, identifying and onboarding local distributors and retailers, and strengthening brand visibility in the region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or sales in the FMCG sector, with knowledge of distribution management in SEA markets. Candidates must be open to frequent travel within the region to engage with partners and attend trade events. Familiarity with local regulatory environments and market trends is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies to establish and grow the brand in Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesia (and potentially SEA).
- Identify and develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key local players.
- Drive brand visibility through localized marketing efforts in collaboration with regional teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
- Manage key accounts and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Stay informed on local regulations and ensure full compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales, FMCG distribution management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
