BingX, a global leader in cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI, is seeking a full-time, remote Business Development professional to drive growth initiatives across Southeast Asia. This long-term remote opportunity focuses on identifying, negotiating, and executing partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), crypto projects, and new market segments. Core responsibilities include building and nurturing B2B relationships, launching collaborative campaigns to boost KOL trading volumes, and expanding the company’s reach in the crypto ecosystem. As part of a rapidly growing company with over 20 million users, you'll be instrumental in forming partnerships that directly contribute to BingX's expansion. Ideal candidates will bring proven experience in business development, channel or market development, and prior success managing partnerships. A strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets is preferred, as is fluency in English and local Southeast Asian languages. The ability to craft and run campaigns tailored to regional markets and KOL audiences will be key to success.

Responsibilities
Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects
Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL
Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL trading volume
Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
Experience in channel development, market development
Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus
Proficiency in English and local languages is essential
