Bilingual Global Sales & Research Associate (Vietnamese/ English)
Freer Co., Ltd. tuyển dụng vị trí làm việc tự do bán thời gian tại Việt Nam với mức lương 500 JPY/giờ. Ứng viên sẽ tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng, xây dựng mối quan hệ, nghiên cứu thị trường quốc tế và hỗ trợ quản lý trong quá trình mở rộng kinh doanh toàn cầu. Hợp đồng kéo dài 6 tháng với khả năng gia hạn, yêu cầu làm việc từ xa, cung cấp sự hỗ trợ hành chính và phát triển chiến lược bán hàng quốc tế.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu hoặc sales B2B, thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh (trình độ công việc), sử dụng tốt Google Suite, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học, có kỹ năng hành chính và đảm bảo trang thiết bị làm việc từ xa.

Role Description
As a Bilingual Global Sales & Research Associate, you will play a key role in helping companies succeed globally. Your responsibilities will primarily be outreach to create a path to potential business partners and conducting market research to support global expansion.
- Proactively generate leads by reaching out to potential clients and partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities across global markets.
- Assist in developing and executing global sales strategies to drive growth.
- Provide executive-level administrative support.
Terms: Part-time contractor, 6 months contract (auto-renewal if both parties agree)
Salary/rate: 500 JPY/hour
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of research or B2B sales experience (professional settings only)
- Being able to work for a long-term (more than 1 year)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (Business level)
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable environment for web conferences
