Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Business Development Executive to join our dynamic headhunting agency. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in generating leads, establishing client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our agency’s value and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with recruitment strategies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development metrics, including leads generated, client meetings, and conversions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or headhunting industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
