<p>The Full Stack AI Product Developer will oversee the end-to-end development of the Candidate CRM platform, creating a scalable, AI-driven solution to transform recruitment. The role requires an experienced engineer with over five years of full stack expertise and a strong interest in AI/automation. Utilizing Python, Google Cloud, and Google’s AI pipelines, the developer will implement innovative features such as AI-powered candidate matching and automated workflows, leveraging experience with HR tools, CRMs, ERPs, or similar systems.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li><strong>Develop Full Stack Solutions</strong>: Create intuitive front-end interfaces (e.g., JavaScript, React, or similar) and reliable back-end systems (e.g., Flask, Django) to deliver a cohesive user experience.</li>
<li><strong>Innovate and Iterate</strong>: Propose creative solutions to recruitment challenges, staying informed of trends in AI, automation, and HR technology.</li>
