Pre-sales Solution Architect (AWS)
A leading technology company seeks a skilled professional for a remote, full-time presales and solution architecture role, focusing on cloud and Generative AI solutions with AWS. The position leads technical discovery sessions, delivers executive presentations, conducts proof-of-concept engagements, and assists in crafting scalable AWS architectures using latest GenAI tools (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG frameworks). Responsibilities include responding to RFPs, developing reusable GenAI accelerators, and close collaboration with implementation teams. Compensation and benefits are competitive and discussed during interviews.
Candidates need 4–8 years of IT experience (minimum 3 years in AWS cloud architecture), hands-on Generative AI proficiency (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, vector databases), and strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.). Experience with modernization (microservices, containers, serverless), excellent storytelling/presentation skills, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders are essential. Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English is required. AWS certifications (Solutions Architect–Professional, AI/Machine Learning specialties) are highly desirable.

Presales & Customer Engagement
Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements with Vietnamese-speaking clients.
Analyze customer challenges and translate them into effective cloud and Generative AI solutions using AWS technologies.
Deliver presentations of solution architectures and articulate business value propositions to executive-level stakeholders (CxOs).
Solution Architecture & Generative AI
Design scalable, secure, and robust AWS cloud architectures encompassing compute, storage, networking, and security components.
Develop and demonstrate Generative AI use cases leveraging AWS services such as:
Amazon Bedrock (including Claude, Llama, Titan models, etc.)
Amazon SageMaker for large language model fine-tuning and prompt orchestration
Amazon Q Developer & Q Business platforms
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures integrating S3, OpenSearch, Aurora PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB
Build hands-on proof-of-concepts to showcase application value in areas like chatbots, knowledge assistants, content generation, and call center AI solutions.
Pre Sales Support
Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and cloud migration or modernization roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Develop reusable Generative AI accelerators and demonstration assets to enhance the efficiency of presales processes.
Requirements
Technical Expertise
4 to 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to cloud architecture, particularly on AWS.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing Generative AI applications.
Strong familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, API Gateway, Step Functions, and SQS.
Knowledge of modernization methodologies including migration from monolithic applications to microservices, containerization (EKS/ECS), and serverless architectures.
Generative AI Proficiency (Mandatory)
Experience working with AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or comparable large language model platforms.
Expertise in designing and executing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Practical knowledge of vector databases such as OpenSearch.
Proven ability to develop proof-of-concept solutions including chatbots, digital copilots, text summarizers, or multilingual AI assistants.
Pre Sales Competencies
Excellent storytelling and solution pitching capabilities.
Skilled in responding to RFPs and preparing client-facing proposals.
Adept at engaging C-level executives and effectively communicating complex technical content with clarity.
Language Requirements
Native or professional fluency in Vietnamese.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Machine Learning Specialty.
