Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with BD and clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (networking, mapping, direct approach, referrals, online platforms, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from candidate approach, interview arrangement, negotiation, to offer acceptance and onboarding follow-up.
- Handle all level roles, especially Sales, Back-office, and niche positions in various industries as required.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and databases.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates.
- Provide market insights and recruitment consultation when needed.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2–3 years in a headhunting or recruitment agency environment.
- Strong experience in searching and placing Sales and Back-office roles.
- Proven ability to hunt niche or hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent English (both written and spoken).
- High sense of ownership, responsibility and independence.
- Agile, flexible, and result-oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
