Vai trò tập trung phát triển sản phẩm tuân thủ và phòng chống rửa tiền theo các chuẩn mực quốc tế (CBUAE, SAMA, FATF), xây dựng các hệ thống quản lý tuân thủ, giám sát giao dịch, tự động hóa báo cáo cho cả nội bộ và cơ quan quản lý. Ứng viên sẽ tham gia quản lý lộ trình sản phẩm, làm việc với các đội nhóm pháp lý, kỹ thuật và rủi ro, đồng thời đảm bảo cải tiến hiệu suất sản phẩm Compliance. Quyền lợi gồm giờ làm linh hoạt, bảo hiểm sức khỏe, chương trình ESOP, môi trường làm việc quốc tế.

Ứng viên phù hợp có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản phẩm trong FinTech/RegTech/banking, hiểu sâu về AML/tuân thủ quốc tế, thành thạo đọc APIs, mô hình dữ liệu, vận dụng công cụ workflow và báo cáo. Yêu cầu kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, dashboard KPI và phối hợp hiệu quả cùng Legal/Compliance/Tech. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về tiêu chuẩn CBUAE, SAMA, FATF, khả năng giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp và tự chủ cao.

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) products, ensuring regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions (CBUAE, SAMA, FATF standards). The role will focus on building and scaling core compliance services that enable our business to detect, prevent, and respond to financial crime risks while providing seamless user experiences for internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with knowledge of compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and risk management frameworks.

What you will be doing

  • Define and own the roadmap for Compliance & AML products aligned with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite.
  • Translate compliance and AML/CFT regulations (CBUAE, SAMA, FATF) into product features and scalable workflows.
  • Build and maintain a Compliance Management System for case handling, investigations, and audit trails.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to design and deliver Customer Risk Assessment & Transaction Monitoring rules and capabilities.
  • Oversee the integration of sanction screening solutions for both real-time onboarding/transactions and offline batch scans.
  • Launch and scale the Whistleblower service, ensuring anonymity, reporting workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Automate compliance reporting across internal stakeholders and regulators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure product adoption and compliance.
  • Monitor performance of AML products (false positives, SLA, time-to-close cases) and drive continuous improvements.
  • Act as subject matter expert for compliance/AML solutions in audits, inspections, and regulator discussions.

What you will need

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or RegTech, with direct exposure to compliance/AML domains.
  • Technical skills: Ability to read APIs, data models, workflow engines, and reporting automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, defining KPIs, and building monitoring dashboards for compliance processes.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong collaboration skills to align Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering
  • Communication: Clear, structured communicator able to explain complex regulatory concepts in business and product terms.
  • Regulatory understanding: Familiarity with requirements of CBUAE, SAMA, FATF or global AML/CFT standards.
