# Responsibilities

- Lead and manage front-end development teams with a focus on team-building and mentorship.

- Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.

- Build multi-platform codebases supporting both web and mobile environments.

- Optimize front-end performance, including real-time data updates and Google Page Speed improvements.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience across all platforms.

- Integrate third-party libraries and native modules in React Native apps.

- Deliver scalable and maintainable code aligned with product requirements and technical specifications.

# Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, Redux (Saga/Thunk).

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS or LESS.

- Experience with UI libraries: Bootstrap, Tailwind, Ant Design, or Material UI.

- Familiar with design tools like Figma and Photoshop.

- Proven skills in performance optimization across web and mobile.

- Expertise in React Native animations, memory management, and reducing app size.

- Familiarity with native modules and third-party integrations in React Native.

- Experience in banking domain or product development is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and perseverance.
