Your Role
As a Lead Back-End Java Engineer, you’ll help architect and build the foundation of our platform. You’ll have a critical voice in key technical decisions and the chance to shape the product from day one. We’re looking for engineers who take pride in clean code, system resilience, and technical ownership—and who enjoy working alongside others who feel the same.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance back-end services and APIs using Java (Spring)
- Lead the development of fault-tolerant, secure, and modular systems
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery

What You Bring
