Dev.Pro cần tuyển Personal Assistant làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng full-time. Bạn sẽ hỗ trợ Chủ tịch công ty về lịch trình, điều phối công tác, quản lý thư từ và thực hiện nhiệm vụ hành chính, tài chính, đem đến trải nghiệm môi trường IT năng động chuẩn Mỹ.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng tổ chức, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trợ lý cá nhân và điều phối du lịch. Ứng viên cần chủ động, thích nghi nhanh, làm việc độc lập và trình bày báo cáo rõ ràng. Cơ hội phát triển kỹ năng đa dạng và tiếp cận quy trình kinh doanh quốc tế.

We invite an organized, proactive, and motivated individual to join Dev.Pro as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you'll support our company President with a variety of professional and personal daily tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, managing calendars and events, making reservations, handling calls, conducting research, and performing other administrative duties.

- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (spoken and written)
- Effective, visible communication with timely updates for C-level executives
- Ability to follow strict, structured business communication standards

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and prioritization

Desirable:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience handling travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) and using booking tools
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day operations of our team, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, strong motivation, and excellent organizational skills.
- Schedule appointments, manage event calendars, and send timely reminders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, activities, and preparing itineraries
- Conduct online research on hotels, restaurants, services, and other requested topics
- Assist with preparing financial reports and documentation
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the company President
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners via calls/chats/emails
- Work closely with the President's agenda and provide ongoing support where needed
