Đây là vị trí trợ lý ảo bất động sản làm việc từ xa cho công ty Easy Outsource, hướng tới ứng viên tại Đông Nam Á. Công việc bao gồm phối hợp các giao dịch thuê và mua bán, quản lý liên lạc với khách hàng, đại lý, nghiên cứu thị trường và hỗ trợ các hoạt động marketing, hành chính. Ứng viên sẽ sử dụng các hệ thống CRM như Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho với mức lương cạnh tranh và môi trường làm việc năng động.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm trợ lý bất động sản online, hiểu biết sâu về giao dịch thuê/mua bán, thành thạo CRM và có kỹ năng giao tiếp, tổ chức tốt. Ứng viên cần chủ động, linh hoạt và đa nhiệm trong môi trường làm việc tốc độ cao.

Description: REAL ESTATE VA Work from HOME

We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with strong CRM familiarity to join our team. If you have a passion for real estate, strong organizational skills, experience in both lease and sales transactions, and proficiency in CRM systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination of lease and sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.

Client Communication:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the transaction process.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competition in the local real estate market.
  • Assist agents in preparing market reports and presentations for clients.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of both lease and sales transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
