NexZen Aesthetic & Health is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join the team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering the flexibility to work on-site and remotely as needed. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling the medical and pharmaceutical product portfolio, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work environment

Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the dermatology and aesthetics field.
- Introduce, advise, and sell medical, pharmaceutical, and premium aesthetic technology products.
- Organize product introductions, workshops, training sessions, or clinical demos.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor order progress, and support customers post-sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stay updated on new medical knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Training team to optimize communication and customer care.
Required Skills
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or aesthetics sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer care skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
