Vị trí quản lý kinh doanh khu vực cho tập đoàn công nghệ sinh học hàng đầu thế giới với sản phẩm biostimulant từ tảo biển, phụ trách phát triển thị trường tại Trung Quốc, Đông Nam Á và Úc. Công việc toàn thời gian (remote tại Đông Nam Á), lương cơ bản lên đến €70,000 và thưởng tối đa 20%. Vai trò tập trung xây dựng, quản lý đối tác phân phối, mở rộng thị trường và đại diện công ty tại các sự kiện quốc tế.

Yêu cầu ứng viên từng bán hàng quốc tế ngành nông nghiệp/biostimulant, có kinh nghiệm phát triển đối tác phân phối, tốt nghiệp ngành nông học/khoa học cây trồng/lĩnh vực liên quan. Ứng viên cần sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh, biết thêm ngoại ngữ Châu Á là điểm cộng và sẵn sàng đi công tác quốc tế thường xuyên. Môi trường linh hoạt, cơ hội phát triển rõ ràng.

Primary Description

Company :

Our client is a global leader in biotechnology research, specializing in seaweed-based biostimulant solutions that enhance crop productivity and resilience. Trusted by thousands of growers across more than 36 countries, the company delivers proven agronomic technologies that improve yield potential and sustainability outcomes. A founding member of EBIC – the European Biostimulants Industry Council, the business operates from its headquarters in Munster with an established footprint in both domestic and export markets.

Opportunity :

As Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial expansion of the company’s seaweed biostimulant portfolio across China, Southeast Asia, and Australia. The position focuses on developing and strengthening distributor partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in both established and emerging markets. This is a key regional role suited to a results-driven agribusiness professional with a strong technical understanding of biostimulants, crop inputs, or plant nutrition solutions. While Australia is currently the company’s most established market, China represents the strategic long-term growth opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive regional sales and commercial development across China, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and strategic partners.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributor and grower networks.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and performance targets.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and customer visits.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and product management to align offerings with local market needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate sales and reporting policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven international sales experience in agronomy, biostimulants, or related crop input sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing distributor networks.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
  • Degree in agronomy, crop science, or a related field preferred; business or marketing qualification considered with strong industry experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to multi-regional operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in an Asian language would be an advantage.

Remuneration :

The position carries a base salary of €70,000 plus up to a 20% performance bonus.
