Nhân viên sẽ phát triển khách hàng, xây dựng quan hệ, giới thiệu sản phẩm và phối hợp cùng Sales Area Manager trên toàn quốc. Thu nhập gồm lương cố định và thưởng theo quý, có hoàn công tác phí, cùng cơ hội phát triển sự nghiệp quốc tế.
Yêu cầu gồm tốt nghiệp ngành Kinh doanh hoặc Kỹ thuật, ưu tiên có 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm sales B2B. Ứng viên cần đam mê khai thác khách hàng mới, yêu thích sản phẩm kỹ thuật, thông thạo tiếng Anh và Việt (biết tiếng Pháp là lợi thế) và sẵn sàng đi công tác.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales (Thermal Systems) to support business expansion in Vietnam for an international industrial group specializing in safety and control solutions for water heating systems.
This role is strongly focused on new business acquisition and is ideal for candidates with a long-term collaboration mindset. The role aims to identify new customers, initiate first contacts, and progressively develop long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with the Sales Area Manager, who will provide continuous coaching, joint customer visits, and hands-on support in both technical and commercial aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in Vietnam
- Prospect and develop customers in various target segments
- Initiate and develop relationships with new prospects
- Present products, activities, and solutions to potential customers
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Area Manager and internal teams for project progress
- Ensure proper follow-up of commercial and technical projects
Profile & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development preferred
- Motivated for prospecting and new customer acquisition
- Interest in industrial and technical products
- Languages: EN fluent, VN must-have, FR is a plus
- Willingness to travel in Vietnam

Reporting & Support:
The Technical Sales (Thermal Systems) reports directly to the Sales Area Manager. The Sales Area Manager provides regular coaching and support in technical and commercial aspect.
