Glow is a Silicon Valley-based healthcare startup founded by a Korean team, operating a diet app that helps users lose weight through AI voice coaching. Targeting the U.S. market, we are currently conducting organic marketing focused on short-form content platforms like TikTok and Instagram. We are seeking a video editor to collaborate on editing TikTok short-form content for the U.S. market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for creating short-form TikTok videos to promote the Glow Diet App.

• TikTok UGC-Style Short-Form Video Editing

  • Edit creator-shot raw footage into short-form videos for TikTok/Reels
  • Basic editing: cut editing, beauty filter application, color grading, subtitles (English), sound effects, BGM insertion
  • Tone & mood editing aligns with reference video style
  • Manage video resources and final video folder
    • KPI: 6 ~ 8 Videos a day
    • Video Length: 50 seconds ~ 1 minute 30 seconds
    • Original footage, reference videos, and scripts will be provided separately by the marketer

• Video References: Video 1 | Video 2 | Video 3

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year experience in video editing or content creation
• Proficient in using CapCut or similar video editing tools
• English proficiency sufficient for speaking and producing English-language videos
  • Video call will be held frequently
• Understanding of TikTok/Reels beauty (Skincare, Diet) short-form trends
• Fast work pace and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience collaborating using Slack and Google Drive
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

• Regularly enjoy Korean beauty content
• Experience in editing diet/healthcare/beauty-related content
• Video editing experience targeting the US market
• Have a portfolio of TikTok UGC Short-form videos

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace: 
  • 100% Remote - Flexible in Location
• Contract Type: 
  • Freelance Service Contract
• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 11 AM – 12 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.

    • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 17 M VND / month 
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
