The Frameless is a K-beauty company founded in February 2026 by the CEO, marketing team leader, and product developers who successfully led renowned K-beauty brands such as MIXSOON, SBEditor, FWEE, and NUMBUZIN.

Having already completed fundraising from Korean VCs, the company plans to simultaneously launch its new brand ZIPIEL globally in April 2026.

ZIPIEL is a brand that proposes a journey to restore each individual's inherent radiance, breaking away from the formulaic norms of the beauty market. Its product lineup launches under the keywords of storytelling, sensory satisfaction, and customer engagement. For more details, please refer to the brand introduction. We are seeking individuals who want to experience the entire process of creating a K-beauty brand from A to Z.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing UGC and influencer marketing targeting the global market. This hands-on position involves end-to-end experience in content planning, testing, and performance analysis. Collaborate directly with global creators primarily on major SNS platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X to execute seeding strategies for new brand awareness and manage e-commerce-linked campaigns.

• Find and book global influencers (KPI: 100 videos/month)
• Track, optimize, and report content performance (views, CVR, sales, etc.), and suggest improvements
• Support eCommerce content (TikTok Shop, Shopee)
• Research competitors and content trends to propose marketing directions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No professional experience needed
• Have excellent English speaking skills
• Have a strong understanding of short-form content platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Keen interest in global beauty trends
• Capable of organizing data and utilizing Excel/spreadsheets (including setting up functions)
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience in creating beauty/skincare content
• Experience in Booking KOCs at brands or agencies
• High level of understanding of platforms such as X/Threads
• Ability to communicate in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is a PLUS (via chat/text, no speaking required)

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

• Work Days & Hours:
  
  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 12 PM – 1 PM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Fresher : Gross 9 M ~ 11 M VND / month
    • NOTE : For top performers, monthly incentives may be rewarded
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
