About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Support Specialist with fluency in Vietnamese to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their Dynamics 365 Business Central systems. You will leverage your deep understanding of Dynamics NAV/BC and your excellent communication skills to resolve complex problems and provide proactive solutions. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a passion for helping clients maximize the value of their Dynamics 365 Business Central investment. You will be working closely with other support team members, consultants, and developers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 Business Central issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or development teams as needed.
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to implement solutions and resolve client issues.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on Dynamics 365 Business Central features and functionality.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Over 3 years of Dynamics NAV/BC consultancy experience
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SQL Server and database administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Power BI, Jet Reports, or other Business Central reporting tools is preferred.
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding
- Azure administration understanding
- Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
Ideal candidate:
- Highly confident in providing support and training to users
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
