Digital Marketing Manager (iGaming)
Vị trí làm việc từ xa cho công ty Start-Up Management Inc., tập trung phát triển và thực thi chiến lược marketing số hỗ trợ tăng trưởng tại thị trường Việt Nam. Vai trò toàn thời gian này chịu trách nhiệm tối ưu chiến dịch quảng cáo Google, Facebook, cũng như các nền tảng địa phương, đồng thời hợp tác sáng tạo nội dung phù hợp bản địa hoá. Ứng viên được hưởng lương cạnh tranh cùng cơ hội ứng dụng công cụ AI vào công việc.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu gồm bằng đại học chuyên ngành Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan, thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh, có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến marketing số, am hiểu các nền tảng quảng cáo số và công cụ phân tích. Kỹ năng tư duy sáng tạo, giải quyết vấn đề và chú ý chi tiết là bắt buộc. Ứng viên am hiểu quảng cáo mạng xã hội, AI sẽ được ưu tiên.

Description: Digital Marketing Assistant Manager (VN)
Working Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Language: English & Vietnamese
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive member acquisition (New Registrations & Potential Members) in the Vietnamese market
- Interpret and analyze advertising and new member data to generate actionable insights
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and local Vietnamese channels
- Recommend innovative ad tools and content strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the local market
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and culturally relevant content tailored to the Vietnamese audience
- Analyze key marketing performance criteria, including:
- Data interpretation and acquisition funnel tracking
- New player ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) and proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Vietnamese consumer market
- Solid knowledge of advertising platforms and digital analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Programmatic, etc.
- Proficiency in AI tools or platforms (will be considered an added advantage)
