Australian Harbour International College (AHIC) is a leading Australian vocational college, and the National Academy of Professional Studies (NAPS) is a private higher education provider in Sydney and Melbourne, offering Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Business, IT, Social Work, Childcare, and more.

We are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead recruitment and marketing activities in Vietnam.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving student recruitment, managing education agents, and leading marketing initiatives to strengthen AHIC & NAPS’s presence in the Vietnamese market. This position requires leadership, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve student recruitment targets for AHIC & NAPS programs in Vietnam.

- Develop and manage strong relationships with education agents, consultants, and institutional partners.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, student fairs, workshops, and promotional events.

- Lead agent training, student counseling sessions, and institutional presentations.

- Provide timely support for admissions processes, including offers, COEs, and scholarships.

- Monitor education market trends in Vietnam and provide strategic feedback to the Regional Marketing Manager.

- Oversee social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- 2–4 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, marketing, or education consultancy.

- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese student market for Australia.

- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with offshore teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; digital marketing experience is an advantage.
