As part of Bitget’s continued expansion, the role will play a key part in reinforcing the company’s internal control frameworks, governance mechanisms, and operational monitoring. Responsibilities include supporting policy implementation across functions, risk mitigation, process improvement, and fraud risk management through data-driven monitoring tools. Ideal candidates should bring a strong foundation in DevOps tools and infrastructure, including technologies like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, and container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Shell is essential. Candidates should also possess working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CodePipeline), cloud services like AWS, Aliyun, or Huawei Cloud, and security practices including firewalls, encryption, and auditing. Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills, is required. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory to support Bitget's global operations.

What you'll do
- Internal Control Frameworks: Support the design and documentation of internal control frameworks and standard operating procedures tailored to business needs.
- Policy Implementation & Governance: Ensure effective rollout and consistent application of internal policies, standards, and control frameworks across functions.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and address control gaps; develop and implement preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Governance & Monitoring: Conduct routine reviews of key workflows and processes to assess control effectiveness and ensure policy adherence.
- Data-Driven Monitoring: Use data analytics and technology tools to enable continuous risk monitoring, detect anomalies, and drive process improvements.
- Fraud Risk Management: Identify potential fraud risks and collaborate with stakeholders to design and enforce effective preventive controls.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk management practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams to drive alignment, support change management, and foster a strong control culture.
What you'll need
- Familiar with operation and maintenance tools and technologies: such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, etc.
- Programming and scripting skills: Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Python or Shell, for writing automated scripts and tools.
- Network and Security Knowledge: Familiar with network principles and security mechanisms, as well as security technologies such as firewalls, data encryption, access control, security auditing, and log management.
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery: Familiar with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, CodePipeline, etc.
- Cloud Services: Familiar with cloud computing services, such as AWS, Aliyun, Huawei Cloud, etc.
- Containerization technology: Familiar with the use and management of Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
- Operating System: Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems, with rich troubleshooting skills.
- Problem-solving ability: Capable of quickly identifying and resolving system failures and performance issues.
- Proficient in Chinese and English.
