You’ll lead mission-critical infrastructure initiatives, including developing and automating deployment processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability across production environments. Key responsibilities include technical project leadership, infrastructure automation, containerization, and supporting high-availability and disaster recovery strategies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or TechOps roles and has 5+ years of team or project leadership. Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, OTEL, Grafana, and Loki is essential. Responsibilities:
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be leading projects targeted at supporting production and development environments, creating new and improving existing tools and processes, automating deployment, and monitoring procedures. You will lead continuous integration and deployment effort, administering source control systems, deploying and maintaining production infrastructure and applications.
- Technical leadership of infrastructure projects.
- Drive automation of performance testing environments.
- Lead containerization and IaC projects.
- Lead automation of engineering and operations processes.
- Defining and implementing HA and DR strategies.
- Design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Runbooks automation.
- On-call support of production systems.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or TechOps.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical projects or teams.
- 3+ years of tools development or automation using Python, Perl, Java, or Go.
- 3+ years of containerization and orchestration experience.
- Ability to define project requirements and milestones.

- Solid experience managing production environments in a public cloud, AWS preferred.
