Customer Success Manager
CleverTap, a leading global customer engagement platform, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in driving client success, product adoption, and long-term relationships through effective onboarding, campaign strategy support, and business reviews. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver quantifiable client satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the Director - Customer Success, the role offers a meaningful opportunity to work with recognized global brands and contribute to an AI-powered engagement solution backed by 11 patents and operating in more than 15 countries.
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing, and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A working knowledge of SaaS concepts, APIs, SDKs, and data analytics tools is required, along with strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Familiarity with the customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and multilingual capabilities (Mandarin or others) are a plus. Analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
