Yêu cầu: 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh Forex/CFD tại thị trường Việt Nam, thành thạo tiếng Việt & tiếng Anh, có mạng lưới IB, affiliate, trader mạnh, nắm vững quy định và hành vi thị trường tài chính nội địa, tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kinh doanh, marketing hoặc liên quan. Ưu tiên kỹ năng đàm phán, thuyết trình xuất sắc, định hướng kết quả.

Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and partnership growth across Vietnam. Your role will involve onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to Vietnam, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in Vietnam.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
- Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
- Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
- Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Vietnamese markets.
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English language.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in Vietnam.
- Knowledge of Vietnam market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
