Berliner Bags đang tuyển vị trí quản lý tài khoản Amazon, làm việc từ xa toàn thời gian tại Việt Nam với mức lương cạnh tranh và thời gian linh hoạt. Vai trò này tập trung vào quản lý danh sách sản phẩm, tối ưu hoá hiển thị, vận hành Seller Central, thiết lập chương trình khuyến mãi, quảng cáo PPC, nghiên cứu từ khoá và phân tích đối thủ. Ứng viên sẽ đồng hành cùng các bộ phận khác nhằm đảm bảo quy trình kinh doanh trơn tru.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý Seller Central, thành thạo các công cụ như Hellium10, Getida, bất kỳ tool PPC, Asana, Slack, Google suite. Ưu tiên ứng viên làm việc tổ chức, chi tiết, chủ động cập nhật tin tức và chính sách Amazon, không làm cho đơn vị khác. Có thể làm độc lập hoặc phối hợp nhóm linh hoạt.

Job Title: Amazon Account Manager (Remote, Full-time) (m/f/d)
Location: Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for improved visibility.
- Deal with Amazon Support: Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve technical issues, listing errors, or policy violations.
- Technical Tasks: Handle day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, data analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Promotions & Deals Setup: Plan and manage deals, coupons, and discounts for sales events like Prime Day or Black Friday.
- PPC Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to enhance organic rankings and advertising performance.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Basic SEO Implementation: Apply Amazon SEO best practices to improve product discoverability.
- Research: Conduct necessary research on various Amazon topics to support continuous growth.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with logistics, operations, customer care, and other departments for workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficient in utilizing Hellium10, Getida, PPC tools, Asana, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Strong technical skills in resolving listing issues, understanding Amazon's policies, and managing Seller Support cases.
- Stay updated on Amazon news and forums.
- Able to work under pressure and open to feedback.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Not working for another company.
