Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thu hút, tuyển dụng trader mới thông qua mạng lưới KOL, cộng đồng và các đối tác trong mảng Web3; lên kế hoạch, thực thi chiến dịch gia tăng người dùng và đo lường hiệu quả. Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm phát triển người dùng trong lĩnh vực crypto/Web3/trading, mạng lưới KOL, cộng đồng đầu tư rộng, vốn hiểu biết về sàn giao dịch, mô hình trading và sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh, ngôn ngữ bản địa. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm chiến dịch tăng trưởng cho dự án crypto hoặc có quan hệ cộng đồng/trading academy.

PropW is a next-generation proprietary trading platform under CoinW. We provide traders with capital, evaluation systems, and risk-managed environments to trade without using their own funds. Our mission is to discover and empower talented traders globally by offering transparent, efficient, and high-reward opportunities in Web3 trading.
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on user acquisition, someone with a proven track record of recruiting top traders, driving trading volume, and leveraging strong KOL and community networks. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on measurable growth and impact.
Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard traders by leveraging your network of KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and Web3 projects.
Build and maintain partnerships with opinion leaders, community managers, and trading educators to drive consistent trader growth and engagement.
Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns tailored to your region, tracking performance metrics to maximize trader sign-ups, retention, and trading activity.
Act as the local ambassador of CoinW Prop Trading (CPT), providing insights on user behavior, regional trends, and competitive activity to influence global acquisition strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention of traders.
Continuously identify new opportunities and growth channels for expanding the trader base.
Requirements
Proven experience in user acquisition, business development, or growth in crypto, Web3, trading, or fintech.
Demonstrable success in recruiting high-quality traders or community members and driving measurable trading volume.
Strong local network of active traders, KOLs, and investment communities.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented; capable of delivering measurable outcomes independently.
Familiarity with centralized/decentralized exchanges, trading behavior, and proprietary trading models.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and excels at collaborating across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with trading academies, crypto KOLs, or investment communities.
- Experience running performance-driven acquisition campaigns for crypto or Web3 projects.
- Knowledge of incentive programs and referral systems to drive user growth.
- Ability to create or localize educational or promotional content that engages trader communities.
