Vai trò chủ đạo gồm tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới, quản lý và mở rộng mạng lưới, đàm phán chốt deals, cập nhật xu hướng thị trường, với thu nhập cạnh tranh không giới hạn cùng môi trường phát triển, được đào tạo liên tục và hỗ trợ công cụ giao dịch hiện đại.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm bán hàng môi giới bán lẻ tài chính, sở hữu tệp khách hàng giá trị tối thiểu 50.000 USD tiền gửi mỗi tháng. Yêu cầu thành thạo tiếng Anh, kỹ năng đàm phán, sử dụng thành thạo MT5, Office, CRM, Slack, Confluence và am hiểu sâu thị trường CFD/crypto/forex. Ứng viên có mong muốn phát triển lên vị trí quản lý mạng lưới được chào đón.

Role Overview:
Now we're looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on a full-time basis to join the existing international team and support the Company's dynamic growth plans.
Join us if you are:
- An established sales professional in the retail brokerage environment with a proven experience
- You have a transferable book within the Crypto/ Commodities (Gold)/Forex trading industry worth of not less than USD50K in monthly net deposits
- You know your market - trends, network needs, and competitor analysis
- Your word is trusted and respected by the market
- You have English proficiency, both written and verbal
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, CRM, Confluence, Slack, etc.
- You possess excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
