Business Development Lead - creators industry/partnership and user growth
Gank tuyển dụng vị trí Phát triển kinh doanh ngành Creator làm việc toàn thời gian tại Việt Nam, hỗ trợ tìm kiếm creator, onboard tài khoản, xây dựng đội nhóm outsource và phát triển đối tác dài hạn trong lĩnh vực cosplayer, streamer, VTuber. Mức lương hấp dẫn từ 18-25 triệu/tháng, làm việc trực tuyến linh hoạt.
Yêu cầu nổi bật: 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực nhà sáng tạo nội dung (cosplayer, streamer, influencer…), thành thạo các mô hình kiếm tiền trong hệ sinh thái creator (donate, membership, digital content…), kỹ năng sales, đàm phán và tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.

Responsibilities:

Find and Recruit Creators (50%)
- Research, find, and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g., cosplayer, streamers, VTubers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).
- Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on Gank.
- Negotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.

Onboarding Creators on Gank (30%)
- Support creator to activate account on Gank and help them start earning.
- Manager Outsourced Huntor Supporter Team
- Build an outsource team including 2-3 members to find more qualified creators and onboarded creators on Gank.
Requirements:
- Salary: 18-25M monthly
- 2-5 years of experience in the Creator industry, such as working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers, etc.
- Understand the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content, etc.)
- Speak and write English well is a bonus.
- Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators.
