BD Manager of Vietnam
Vị trí này tại UniUni Logistics, làm việc tại Việt Nam và theo dạng full-time remote. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển khách hàng mới, duy trì mối quan hệ, đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số, phối hợp xây dựng giá, triển khai giải pháp phù hợp từng khách hàng, thu thập insight thị trường và sáng tạo mô hình kinh doanh mới, cùng với quản lý toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng từ chốt hợp đồng đến thu tiền.
Yêu cầu có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm về logistics thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới B2C, hiểu rõ vận tải hàng không, kho vận quốc tế và phát triển thị trường địa phương, kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt, sẵn sàng với áp lực, cùng tư duy dịch vụ khách hàng và chiến lược thương hiệu mạnh mẽ.
Description
This role is responsible for executing the company’s market sales strategies, enhancing brand value and market influence. The candidate will align with corporate strategic planning, deeply understand market dynamics and product advantages; maintain customer relationships through regular communication and interaction to build and sustain strong client rapport, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The candidate must keenly identify client needs, utilize extensive sales experience, proficiently apply data analysis to monitor BD activity effectiveness, adjust strategies based on feedback, and ensure activities meet expected goals. Demonstrate strong teamwork, efficient execution, and excellent communication skills.
Ø Develop and maintain new regional clients, establish and nurture strong customer relationships, manage the entire sales process from sales to payment collection, and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing targets.
Ø Familiarize with company product modules, collaborate with the pricing department to formulate sales prices based on client needs and product costs, and integrate/implement tailored solutions.
Ø Proactively collect and provide market insights to assist the team in deepening understanding of new regional markets.
Achieve personal and regional sales plans, deeply engage with industry-leading clients to drive business model innovation, establish benchmarks, and build the company’s service reputation and brand.
Requirements
Ø 2 years of sales experience in international express companies/international freight forwarding/export cross-border e-commerce logistics. Familiarity with export air freight, overseas warehousing/distribution, and parcel line services. B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics experience is mandatory. Must have experience in local market development and familiarity with cross-border logistics or e-commerce market.
Ø Self-driven, able to handle pressure and challenges, with strong planning and sales process management skills.
Ø Excellent logical thinking, communication, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
Strong customer service mindset and brand/marketing planning capabilities.
