Role Overview

We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer who is eager to build tools that synthesize, understand, and contextualize medical literature to empower our clients. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge AI-driven solutions in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools to synthesize and verify medical literature, ensuring information is accurate and contextualized for client use.
• Collaborate with doctors, researchers, and engineers to create solutions that align with our longevity goals.
• Design scalable, data-driven algorithms that can process and interpret complex medical data.
• Contribute to the development of the company's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Work closely with a distributed team, participating in all aspects of product development, from ideation to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on knowledge synthesis, verification, and contextualization.
• Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Experience with NLP, LLM or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Passion for healthcare and familiarity with health optimization and wearables.
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
