AI Research Intern
Veracia tuyển thực tập sinh AI nghiên cứu làm việc từ xa, linh hoạt tại Việt Nam với trợ cấp SGD 500 cho 3 tháng. Nhiệm vụ bao gồm xây dựng benchmark mô hình NLP pháp lý, tạo bộ dữ liệu, nghiên cứu tuân thủ quy định và lập tài liệu kỹ thuật, kiểm thử mô hình NLP phục vụ ngành luật Singapore. Thực tập sinh sẽ làm việc cùng đội ngũ sáng lập giàu kinh nghiệm.
Yêu cầu: đang hoặc vừa tốt nghiệp CNTT, AI; thành thạo Python, NLP; tiếng Anh tốt; tự chủ, thích ứng nhanh; cam kết 15-20 giờ/tuần trong 3-6 tháng. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm NLP, hiểu luật/quy định, và có GitHub portfolio.

About Veracia Labs
We build research infrastructure for high-stakes legal decisions in Singapore. Our technology is based on ArgumentativeLLMs (ArgLLM) from Imperial College research and is currently deployed with litigation firms.
Role Overview
We're looking for an AI research intern to work on natural language processing for legal documents, with a focus on citation extraction, accuracy evaluation, and regulatory compliance (MAS AI Risk Governance Framework, EU AI Act).
This is a remote research internship working directly with our founding team on AI systems used by practicing lawyers in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop evaluation benchmarks for citation accuracy in legal documents
- Build and annotate datasets for argumentation framework testing
- Research explainability methods that meet regulatory compliance requirements
- Document technical implementations and research findings
- Contribute to testing and validation of legal NLP models
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience with Python and NLP libraries (transformers, spaCy, or similar)
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Self-directed work style and ability to work with ambiguity
- Available 15-20 hours per week for 3-6 months
Preferred:
- Previous NLP project experience
- Familiarity with legal or regulatory domains
- GitHub portfolio demonstrating coding ability
