OPUS SOLUTION đang tuyển 4 Microsoft Copilot Engineer làm việc remote tại Việt Nam trong 3 tháng. Bạn sẽ tham gia thiết kế, phát triển, triển khai AI copilot bằng Copilot Studio, xây dựng kiến trúc hội thoại mở rộng, phát triển component, tích hợp API và backend bằng Azure Functions. Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm/Power Platform, sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Copilot Studio, lập trình JavaScript/C#, hiểu REST API, Azure Functions, bảo mật, RBAC. Biết về Azure AD, Azure OpenAI là điểm cộng. Môi trường năng động, hỗ trợ phát triển chuyên môn.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio within the Internal AI Factory.
- Build scalable conversational architectures (topics, entities, prompts, orchestration).
- Contribute to reusable copilot templates, components, and patterns.
- Develop custom connectors and API integrations.
- Implement backend logic using Azure Functions (C# / JavaScript).
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Security, and Platform teams to enforce governance standards.
- Apply enterprise AI principles: security, privacy, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor usage, analytics, and continuously optimize Copilot performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in software development, Power Platform, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of Copilot lifecycle management: design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strong skills in JavaScript and/or C#.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure AD, Azure OpenAI).
- Understanding of enterprise security, RBAC, OAuth, and data governance.
