<p><strong>Description:</strong> We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic hotel partnerships and direct contracting with luxury and high-star properties in the following designated area: South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australasia.</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<p>Identify, negotiate, and secure wholesale agreements with luxury and high-star hotels to expand our global hotel portfolio.</p>
<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.</p>
<p>Drive revenue growth by optimizing partnership terms, pricing models, and channel strategies.</p>
<p>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hotel partners.</p>
<p>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to continuously refine and enhance our strategy.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></h3>
<p>Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hotel wholesale, OTA, or B2B travel companies.</p>
<p>Existing network of contacts within the luxury hotel industry is a strong plus.</p>
<p>Deep understanding of hotel wholesale operations, pricing structures, and distribution channels.</p>
<p>Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</p>
<p>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.</p>
